SPD cleat by Shimano.  This cleat will release from the pedal  by moving your heel away from the pedal in any direction (multi release) and is intended for Shimano SPD pedals only. We recommend these SM-SH56 (multi release) for indoor applications like spinning and stationary bikes.

We recommend using cleats for outdoor cycling, in particular on hybrid and mountain bike pedals.
